The three new Vegan UFO activated masks are from the highly anticipated Farm To Face Collection. The dynamic vegan trio includes the purifying Green Tea mask sourced from ingredients from Japan, the nourishing Coconut Oil mask with properties hailing from Indonesia and the smoothing Acai Berry mask, coming from the superfood rich Brazil region.

Part of the hotly anticipated Farm To Face collection these three vegan masks join another two in the collection whereby all ingredients of the formulas were personally sourced by scientists from the research and development team at the FOREO Institute in Stockholm who travelled the world to find the most nourishing skincare ingredients.

Dalia Fernandez, Product Development Manager at the FOREO Institute said: “We have seen a huge rise in the demand for vegan beauty products of late – made clear by the conversations that we have with our customers on a regular basis. We wanted to make sure that we were delivering only the very best products for our customers and ones that aligned with their values. We are extremely excited to launch these vegan smart masks and spent months searching the world for the purest ingredients that we could bring to skincare to pack a punch in the most sustainable way possible.”

All of the masks from the Farm To Face Collection are suitable for all skin types, dermatologist tested and cruelty-free. Furthermore, all are formulated without Sulfates Sls, Sles, Parabens, Formaldehyde, Formaldehyde-releasing Agents, Phthalates, Mineral Oil, Retinyl Palmitate, Oxybenzone, Coal Tar, Hydroquinone, Triclosan And Triclocarban And Contains Less Than 1% Synthetic Fragrances.

The Acai Berry and Coconut Oil mask can be paired with both the UFO and UFO mini, while the Green Tea mask can be paired only with the UFO. All masks when paired with the device are a two minute treatment.

Vegan beauty and clean beauty are phrases that are dominating the beauty landscape as consumers become more aware of what ingredients they are putting onto their skin, adds Fernandez. “In simple terms, a clean beauty product is one that does not contain any known toxic skincare ingredients that can be detrimental to our health. A vegan beauty product is the same but with the added bonus that none of the ingredients are derived from animals. When identifying whether a product is clean some key ingredients to avoid are parabens, sodium lauryl sulfates, phthalates, formaldehyde and oxybenzone. On the flip side, natural radiance-boosting ingredients to look out for are retinol, collagen, ceramides and antioxidants – ingredients we incorporate into many of our testing and research to bring the very best to our consumers.”
